It's just like anything else in this area regarding road work. Absolutely no planning or foresight.

The project has lasted so long, that there are sections already starting to rust again.

Afternoon bump for another wreck. This time going eastbound. If you guessed I would get stuck at a standstill in both today, you would be absolutely correct. Should I bill the state, parish, or contractor for my time today?
