No doubt. I thought it was a little high; probably why it's still hanging around.
I'd like to do a live-in flip but pretty much anything in the really desirable neighborhoods is already in good shape.

I saw a couple fixer upper doubles in the bayou st john area around Parkway that were around 200K that looked like they needed work.
