Its clearly Greinke and after that deGrom is ahead of Kershaw

In every stat ive looked at, the only thing i think Kershaw tops deGrom on is strikeouts.

Kershaw leads all pitchers in Fangraphs WAR. He has a lower FIP and xFIP than deGrom and a better K-BB%. He has pitched 15 more innings as well.

I think you can make a case for deGrom over Kershaw for second. I just can't see a case for him as Cy. From a strictly runs allowed perspective, Greinke is Cy (deGrom is 2). From a fielding independent perspective, Kershaw is Cy. I can't see any perspective where deGrom is the Cy.
