No you don't. Don't make shite up. 0% would be black vinyl film with 0% light transmission. Meaning you couldn't see in, or out.

Yeah they do make a 0% shade rating, obviously it's not a black piece of vinyl but it is darker than the 5%. Sometimes too dark, but it's nobodies damn business what's going on inside of my vehicle. Most doctors of optometrist will write a prescription for dark tint. That prescription will get you a medical exemption at the DMV. Form stays in glovebox, presented to police of ever questioned.
