In terms of pure managing ability, I believe Bob Melvin's the best out of that bunch. The 2007 Diamondbacks had no business winning 90 games yet they won that many games because of how well Bob Melvin managed the bullpen that year. The A's have exceeded expectations almost every year under Melvin.
