I don't mind tipping actual servers and bartenders, but we're at the point that dry cleaners have a tip jar.

Servers and bartenders are getting tips from me for certain (based on performance of service of course). I also tip the woman who cuts my hair, but I know her (she runs her own business) and she does a phenomenal job.

Everyone else will generally get the round up of change for my order if it's take out or something cashier related.
