I consider myself a decent fisherman and have fished with a few on the outdoor board. Me nor anyone I have fished with can hold a candle to an semi pro tournament fisherman much less the pros the KVD or anyone else. Most people I fish with can barley pitch and flip.

I was leaning more towards should BASS regulate how much technology you can use.
