I'm not the one losing this argument . . . badly.
You're the one arguing that Harris should have played. Harris is the one telling you that he was injured and NOT mentally ready to play. So you project your frustration on me and say that I'm mad?
quote:So when Jennings was injured, the coaching staff decided that it might make sense to play a QB who was LESS injured?!?!
also, during the bama game, Jennings was knocked down for a play. Harris was on the sideline taking snaps, and i think was about to go in before LSU called a timeout. i cant exactly remember, i was pretty hammered it was in the 2nd half.
:GASP:
quote:You DOUBT it . . . even though Harris said he was injured.
my point being, harris may have hurt himself against auburn, in the first week of october, but i doubt the ankle sprain was the reason he was kept out against arky.
You DOUBT it . . . even though Harris said he was NOT ready.
You DOUBT it . . . even though Elliott Porter and Vadal Alexander were out of the game, and it made MUCH more sense to have a mobile QB to avoid the rush rather than a QB who was suffering from a high ankle sprain.
Gosh, who am I to refute your DOUBTS with mere FACTS.
quote:Yeah, we've discussed that game. His production in that game (the lowest QB Rating of the 2014 season) hardly supports the notion that he was healthy enough to be substituted for Jennings against Arkansas.
this is further evidenced by him playing against UK.
quote:An excuse for what?
please stop trying to use this as an excuse.
The coaches decided to keep Jennings in the game against Arkansas. Why do you suppose they did that?
