You can't get a true evaluation especially at QB until the games count for real. Hopefully he is the long term answer for Brees at the position like Rodgers was for the Packers. Don't get all worked up over any stats in the preseason especially in the late stages of game 1.

The bad thing is you might have to keep 3 Qb's on the roster at the expense of another position which is obvious the Saints need a lot of help.

I wonder if Collins would have been the pick over Peat had the issues not come up at draft time. Saints could not risk that pick and the agent told teams not to draft him but he could have been the replacement for Evans

i don't think there's any doubt that McCown's spot on the roster is gone after the preseason...

he would have to come out and be a Joe Montana clone from here out, and even that may not be enough... he's on the wrong side of 30, and we used a 3rd round pick on a QB... we aren't putting that pick on the PS... there's no question Grayson is gonna be on the active 53, it's just a matter of do we keep 3 QBs or not... and i don't think we do...
