I had a patient who drove big trucks. He was late 30's and really sick and it scared the crap out of him. We always ask med history questions including alcohol and drug use.
He said he used "fake weed" because they can't test for that stuff.
We had an interesting conversation about how the companies are willing to look the other way as long as you can get shite from point a to b in a certain amount of time.
