Meh. Cycling the spring wears it out, not static pressure. They're designed to be loaded and kept loaded. There are anecdotal stories of cops who keep their "carry" ammo loaded in magazines for years without problem.
I would wear your magazines evenly at the range, but I wouldn't stress on rotating your carry magazine. Probably does more harm than good.
