Cottage cheese.
Hardboiled eggs, 2 or 3
Celery, carrots
My personal favorite: take a potato, cut it up into thin circular slices (chips). Sprinkle sea salt, pepper, and onion powder. Drizzle EVOO or olive oil. Bake at 350 to 375 for about 25 minutes. Yum

I made home made "cheese fries" like that recently. Way healthier than Sammy's, cheaper, and just as good(IMO).
