The Ecobee is the only smart thermostat that I have found with the remote sensors.
Since I am an Apple fanboi, I can't answer your Amdroid question.
I will be installing Ecobees in my house soon.

Ecobee3 looks to have the same function on the android app and the ios version including both a tablet and phone layout. LINK
