I'm 30 and run fairly regularly. If I'm doing just a 5k, then I'm in the 24 minute range. I'm not a speed guy at all. If more than a 5k, my mile pace definitely slows a minute or two depending on the total distance. I'm just under 9:50 for a half, and I won't say my full pace because it's embarrassingly slow.
