re: Company Tattoo Policies

The owner of my company told me no when I asked if he wanted me to wear long sleeves. I do however carry a long sleeved shirt in my company truck at all times because I realize that I represent my company and some people will judge me on my tattoos and not my experience or our reputation. I wear sleeves when dealing with new clients in an office setting when on a jobsite I will wear sleeves if they don't already know about my tattoos.
