Nicaragua and Costa Rica are full of those places. Seriously, any girl you see at the club can be bought. Most for less than $100. I lived across from the University in Leon. I would see girls riding in the back of cabs turning tricks at night and walking to class the next morning.
I guess it's not a bad option for those girls. They can frick a 20 year old traveler and spend an hour or work all week making t-shirts for half as much.
