I have had family tell me of their experience at an HBCU. However, none of them reference engineering at SU.
I decided to go to SU since I feel that it would give me a different experience from LA Tech. So far I am enjoying my course work, so I don't see why people are upset with SU engineering.

So you left Tech, which has (or at least use to have) a good engineering program to go to SU for the experience?
