Small sample sizes are not always very good indicators. Harris did not look poised against Auburn. So which small sample should one base their expectations on?
Harris showed no poise against Mississippi State where he almost single handedly led us to a 25 point comeback?

quote:Well seeing as how Harris looked really good against Sam Houston State, New Mexico State, and Mississippi State, I'll go with those 3 as an indicator of what he'll be able to do when he's more comfortable and mature in the future. He threw 5 passed against SHS, 9 against MSST, 14 against NMST, and 14 against AU. So by my count that's 3 small sample sizes where he came out poised and played well, and 1 small sample size where he looked terrible. And MSST had a better defense than Auburn so it's not like he's never shown that he can handle himself against solid SEC competition.

Or should we just assume that he sucks because he had a rough outing as a freshman on the road against a top 25 Auburn team in a hostile environment while our defense was playing with no intensity and getting shite on by Auburn's offense every. single. drive. Do you remember when Jamarcus Russell went 6 for 19 with an INT against a bad Ole Miss in his first season? Bad games happen occasionally

What about the large sample size of Jennings last year?
