I use the orange Mio on occasion. Best I've found. But I'm sure I'll be growing an extra jaw or boob.
This is a problem with a lot of older people. Not saying you fall into that category. If you force yourself to drink nothing but cold water, you will likely find yourself craving it once you get hydrated.

I made a smoothie out of ice and the orange Crush enhancer. I think some vodka would make it a great summer drink.

The artificial ingredients have me slightly concerned as well. Growing a boob might not be so bad, as long as it wasn't on my back and I couldn't reach it.
