Did you draft in the 8-9 hole?

Yep. 8th

Grabbed Dez and then CJ in the 2nd. It was a tough draft with no one really drafting stupidly, except for another guy drafting a bunch of players far down the list.

I'm set at RB if Foster comes back and is his old self. I need some upgrades at WR, TE and QB.

I'm hoping Cam bounces back and runs more this year. He had a brostrom ligament surgery on one of his ankles last spring and it slowed him most of the season.

Seemed like the safest pick. I have AP in another league and I didn't want to deal with the Bell suspension.

I personally would have gone Bell and hoping to lose the first week so I have a better waiver position

I love the Dez pick but after that, I'm just not too high on lots of the guys you ended up with. I gambled on Arian in a few leagues as well though. I really do think he starts by at least week 4. If you stay on top of the waiver wire and just a few of your other draft picks hit, you should be fine.

I have the exact same position in our snake draft and and scoring (standard) and we're rafting on Tuesday. We do a flex WR/TE/RB instead of a TE though. That gives us a chance to take another WR in the middle rounds instead of a TE. I would take your team except maybe drop Duke Johnson and pick up another QB. I don't see Jeremy Hill dropping to #13 in our league though.

These picks alone, makes your team a contender. What's your bench look like?

Very serviceable core(Not high on Morris though)with pretty good depth...but TE needs an upgrade IMO.

yea I agree with the TE, but Im hoping manning makes owens into the next Julius Thomas (please god)

And if gates has a year anywhere close to last year then I'm ok.

I decided to go HEAVY on WR. Obviously. How do you think I did.

12 man Outdoor Board League .5ppr

Ben Roethlisberger

Melvin Gordon
Arian Foster
Darren McFadden
Shane Vereen
Ronnie Hillman
Reggie Bush

Dez Bryant
Calvin Johnson
Emannual Sanders
Markus Wheaton

Jason Witten
Dwayne Allen

Texans

Blair Walsh

My running backs look pretty bad. I stockpiled them, hopefully someone will stand out. I don't really know much about Melvin Gordon, so I don't know if he is supposed to be a breakout player or not. If I can catch a couple breaks until Foster gets back, I think I have a good shot.

What do y'all think?

WRs are just fine...I'm expecting a big Calvin bounce back year too. Gordon was on my avoid list this year. But if you went Gordon, you should have secured Woodhead IMO. I have a feeling Reggie Bush is going to far surpass expectations this year in SF and I also really like your Vereen/Hillman depth picks. When Foster returns, you should be good to go.

I really had no idea who Gordon was. I was in desperate need of a running back and he was the best available. Out of all those RBs, I think one of them is bound to have a decent fantasy year. I hope my WRs can pick up some of the slack.
