The fact of crimes being solved and drug rings busted up is not a good sign? I don't think anyone said things don't happen, just that it's relatively minimal.

Minimal compared to New Orleans? Yes

Compared to other wealthy suburban areas? I doubt it

Either way, this is very surprising. There are a lot of guys from well-connected families in that lineup. St. Tammany is not known for being kind to drug offenses, so it will be interesting to see how this plays out.
