Sup Tech gang,
So as some of you know, last week I up and decided to buy my girlfriend a Matricom G-box Q, that way she wasn't constantly asking me to download her silly shows and movies via torrent. The box came in Friday and I loaded up TVMC, set her up with Genesis and a few other apps. To my surprise, she loves it and told me i better not dare try to take it back home with me. It's her's now, lol.
Calls it, "Klark's Magic Wizard Movie Box"
Anyhow, with football season coming up and me also wanting to cut my cable at my place, I'm going to need a subscription to an IPTV service for that to be a realistic option. We live in Houston, TX.
Anyone have a paid subscription for IPTV?
Anyone know where I would even start to look for a subscription service for IPTV?
What's a realistic price point? Anything over $30-35 a month isn't a real savings from cutting cable.
The little research I've done seems like most want you to purchase their streaming box as a package.

As long as slingTV can keep its ESPN agreement, its the best value available. My guess is they will have to up the price of their ESPN/Sports add on pretty soon though.

Hmm, alright.
Does that require a standalone box or is it a subscription and an add-on I can install on Kodi?

damn. and only $20 a month for most standard channels. And I'll add on the sports package for $5.
That's my answer boys! My cable bill is about to go from $160 to $85.
