If Narcisse doesn't pick LSU, which now seems to be the consensus of those posting on the Rant, it seems like once again, the Bayou Bengals will have to rely on being able to recruit an out-of-state QB.
That is nothing new--Russell, Flynn, Mauck, Mett, J. Lee, even Jennings and of course, Franks, for the 2016 class, were all out of state QB's. Seems like most LSU QB's for both Saban & Miles have been out of state recruits.

Not exactly true. Keytaon Thompson of Landry/Walker is on LSU's radar and is currently ranked the #7 dual treat QB for 2017. Narcisse is currently ranked #3.
