Galette has way more to offer than either of those guys. Vick has played in 6 consecutive post-prison seasons. Rice may still get a camp invite, but averaged 3.1 YPA and 5.5 YPR last season. He's not a good player any more.

You realize that Mike Vick got a contract offer as soon as he got out of jail, and a year or two after that he signed 100 million dollar contract?
Ray rice will also get signed by someone at some point this season
