The thing that pisses me off about first class is that the most senior flight attendants get to choose their assignment and they choose first class, relegating any potentially young good-looking flight attendants (as rare as they have become) to the back of the plane. I worked 28/28 in Santa Fe Argentina for 32 months - flew business class on Aerolineas out of Miama and their attendants was smoking hot. Not so much American on to Houston.
