We may just have to agree to disagree. The gap between the Cardinals strand rate and the Mets in second is is the same as the Mets and the Tigers in 28th place. I just don't see how you can expect that to persist.

The cards are 10 games better than the Dodgers in a division with 2 other teams better than the Dodgers. They have 4 guys who have saved 30 in a year in the bp and may add wainwright to them for the playoffs vs what the Dodgers have. They will be playing 5 inning games with the best rotation in baseball in the playoffs.
