It depends on which team is better and which game means more at the time. Traditionally, the Florida game has been infinitely more fun, but with them being down a bit and the Arkansas game actually being on a Saturday now, it's probably a coin flip.

Plus there is the added benefit of Arky being a revenge game this year. And there's always that swell boot.
