From those pictures I guess they plan to build it some time in the 1950's.

The Baton Rouge Area Foundation is underwriting the master plan but the work is being done in a collaboration with homeowners, people who use the lakes, and the government agencies responsible for implementing the plan and caring for the lakes.
Our partners include City-Parish Government and LSU, which own the lakes, and BREC, which operates Milford Wampold Memorial Park on Stanford Avenue and City Park off Dalrymple. Other partners are the Louisiana Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority, the State Department of Transportation, which is responsible for the interstate that crosses over the lakes, and the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries.
