It's the fact that these batshit crazy cat ladies and pathetic little men who think that sucking up to women will get them somewhere (who have always existed and everyone ignored) now have a voice, which amplified by social media and their sheer shrillness, people now think their warped opinions actually matter.

"Help, the crazy cat lady thinks that socks with toes are a plot by demons today! They must be banned."

It's absurd.

Let them rant. It is their right. But once they are done, bop them on the nose and say "no one cares what you think." And get back to living life.
