Asking spread QB's to take snaps under center and not utilizing their talents is the biggest problem at this position. If you look at Bama last year, they changed their offense to match the skill sets of a below average QB and he excelled. They did not try to fit a square peg in a round hole like Les is trying to do with BH and AJ. Asking his QB's to run a pro offense with progression reads is difficult to master. I prefer that the offense spreads things out and scheme's players open for the QB instead of asking them to read the defense. Any one remember the 2007 offense with bubble screens, trick plays, spread offense, unpredictable plays, etc. I want that style of offense.
