quote:Beckwith is great. The question mark for 2015/16 is Kwon's replacement, not Beckwith.
Our best LB is Beckwith. He should have been starting all of 2014.
quote:I want that too, but this is an unknown on this year's defense.
Our DEs were solid, but not spectacular. I want someone who can provide edge pressure on a consistent basis
quote:Remains to be seen, hopefully you're right.
Our DTs will be our best since 2011/2012.
quote:I agree with Beckwith and Adams. Mills is decent but far from awesome. The d-line guys need to prove themselves.
Awesome up the middle: Lacoutre/Godchaux/Thomas, Beckwith & Mills/Adams. We are set up like a great defensive baseball team.
To clarify, I hope you're 100% right on everything. But as I said, this team has a lot of question marks.

Mills is certainly in the conversation for best safety in the SEC. He's way better than "decent". He'll be playing in the NFL next year, and he'll probably be starting. Do you call that just "decent", or do you think it's not true?
I will tell you this: if LSU had a guy with Mills' talent and experience at every position on the team, they'd win the title game by 20 points.
