With West, the Pacers made the Eastern conference finals back to back years. They went to game 7 of the conference finals one of those years. What exactly do you mean by he didn't win? The title?

The difference between the two is that CP3 is an all time great PG. Top 10 material. David West is a Top 200 PF. He was always too blue collar.
