quote:You're one dumb motherfricker bud. Lee had a higher completion percentage, better TD to INT ratio, more yards per attempt, and his QBR was 152 compared to Jefferson's 138. Aside from your brain not firing on all 8 cylinders, why exactly do you think it's "laughable" for people to think that Lee had a pretty solid senior season and should've gotten to close it out? Would we have scored negative points with Lee leading the team in the national championship or something?
It's laughable that people actually think this. No. He should not have played.

I still think he should have been playing over Jefferson after the 9-6 game in TuskyLoser.

We're rolling along 8-0 like a efficient finely tuned machine with JL as QB, then the Grass Man inserts Ding Dong for no sensible reason and the Offensive Chemistry was destroyed for the remainder of the season. (Culminating in the still unexplained 21-0 abomination)
Grassy has never fully recovered from that, and the on-going "Declining Descent" into the Wonderful World of College Football also-ran mediocrity is well underway.
8-5 and unranked AINT Elite.
Not interested in "Pumper" and "Sand Header" defense of Miles and his "Historical Overall Record." That's ancient history of what was and what used to be.
What have you done for me lately?
2015 represents a huge "Fork in the Road" for the program. Take the wrong fork and you may wind up in a place that you can't escape from and the "Out of Patience" LSU adult fan base will not be there to offer any roadside assistance........
Amazing on here how so many LSU fans can look at the same things on the field and come to totally different conclusions.
