Dark and Stormy is great. Squeeze a bit of lime in it as well.
You should also try mixing ginger ale, bourbon and a few drops of bitters. I don't recall the name of this drink, but it's my go to currently. I do about 1/3 buffalo trace and 2/3 ginger ale (fever tree brand) and a couple dashes of bitters. Killer stuff.
I have not heard of Buffalo Rock GA. Where do you get this? I would like to try it

MDS, that drink is generally just called a Buck. Spirit, bitters, and ginger ale.

It is bottled in Birmingham, AL and very popular here. I know you can find it in Mobile and down in Orange Beach. A lot of people prefer Fever Tree or Barrett's Ginger Ale, but Buffalo Rock is priced like a 12 pack of cokes, so it wont break the bank.
