What's funny is that's what Trent Johnson did, and the results were garbage. You can't just hand the keys over to an assitant during a game and be aloof. Donny Guerinoni coached the players for Trent while he and Lynn and Brent had some weird huddle by themselves. That model is trash. You can't get kids to play for a puppet.
