Everybody's brains work different, different people have different priorities when it comes to money. Me personally, I've just always found it ridiculous to spend that much on a vehicle. I've never had a car loan in my life. I'm on my 4th vehicle, and each one (aside from the bday present at 16) I've paid cash for. I'm not criticizing you, or anyone else, that wants to spend $50K+ on a vehicle. I just don't understand that mindset.

That's all fine, but I wasn't bragging. That's the only issue I have with what you said to me. It was a comment on how expensive vehicles have gotten more than anything.
ETA: I'm one of those guys that enjoys vehicles, so my discretionary cash goes to that. Like you said, everyone has different priorities.
