re: What's the poorest you've ever been?

After High School. Moved out on my own lived across the street from strip club. If we threw the trash we could eat at the buffet and look at girls for about 30 mins. Gas station next door would call us when they had to throw out food (donuts, hot dogs, burritos, etc) and would let us have them for free. Would go to "all you can eat" nights and fill up ziplock bags and hide them in our jackets. Basically had zero dollars for anything after bills and rent. Good times.
