Are you fricking on drugs? Georgia had given up 20 points and 100 yards rushing a game give up almost 240 yards rushing and 42 points and you think that has nothing to do with the LSU offense? Give me a break!
1. First touchdown - Mathieu 62 yard punt return -KICKING GAME
2. Second touchdown - DEFENSE forces fumble at GA 27.
3. Third touchdown - Mathieu returns punt 47 yards to GA 17. KICKING GAME
4. Fourth touchdown - Simon intercepts at LSU 30. OFFENSE gets first real score by marching 70 yards.
At this point going into the fourth quarter with the score 28-10 and our defense playing great and Brad Wing keeping them pinned nearly the entire game, for all practical purposes the game was over. So of the crucial scores that brought us from behind and gave us a comfortable lead, One was scored by the kicking game. Two others were on series that only had to go 27 and 17 yards to go and even the one long drive was setup by a defensive interception.
In the fourth quarter another touchdown was scored by the DEFENSE as Claiborne did a pick six on them. Most of the Rushing yards you are so proud of were accomplished in the fourth quarter and 48 of those were on a Blue run straight up the middle that came about by your great GA defense being out of position.
So 28 out of 42 points were KICKING GAME and DEFENSE. Without them the score is 14-10 which is hardly beating them like a drum. So before you get all emotional and start slinging personal putdowns, deal with the facts.

Should the offense have apologized and given the ball back?

KICKING GAME and DEFENSE
LSU pounded the ball down Georgia's throat for 200 yards rushing in the second half. 200 fricking yards rushing in one half and you trying to say it was only kicking game and defense.
LSU averaged 215 yards rushing PER GAME in 2011 and they had 200 in the second half alone against Georgia, but only kicking and defense won that game.
Get off the drugs!
