i was just messin with you but yes, in may. If you are <80%ltv i dont see you paying 4.5%(im guessing you are looking 30 yr). Rates were sub 4% just 2 mos ago. Shop around but dont fully apply by pulling your credit all over town. If you are at 750, a few more inquiries could pull you down to <740

Alls fair in the evening C&D. 
Been a pretty good day, grass cut, swam at the parents, good meal, drank heavily, now enjoying a cigar and blantons on the back porch. None of my inlaws wanted cigars for the 4th
