Hopefully, if the mother and dad work, they will be able to take more time off then any company usually gives for the loss of an immediate relative. It's usually one day, LOL! I returned to work 5 days after my son's death. It was very, very hard. I'm not even sure how competent I really was for the first two,or three years after his death. Took me about eight years to come to terms with his death and even now, 11 years later, some days are still very hard to get through.

Can anyone give a good reason why he would be charged with vehicular homicide if he wasn't suspected of being intoxicated? From what I read that is one of the key factors of bringing that charge on someone
