Steele sucks.

Get ready to see OLBs manned-up on slot WRs and MLBs saying prayers to God as they're repeatedly matched up with RBs on wheel routes.

Steele's schemes and his struggles to adjust are laughable.

Then how did his defensive yards per play equal or better chavis' yards per play rankings?

If this happens at LSU, this truly was a terrible hire. In general, it's a bad idea. At LSU, where we pump out NFL DBs on an annual basis, it's grounds for dismissal.

Tre White
Dwayne Thomas
Jalen Mills
Ed Paris
Jamal Peters
Donte Jackson
Kevin Tolliver II
Xavier Lewis
Saivion Smith
Eric Monroe
Andraez Williams

Especially given the fact that we have almost no OLBs returning after 2015, it would be particularly baffling.

Gotta admit, when the Tennessee fans warned us about "Third and Chavis" six years ago, they were right.

So I won't dismiss out-of-hand what a Clemson fan says about Steele.

Sounds like Malleveto manning safeties (Danny McCray) and linebackers (Kelvin Shepherd and Perry Riley) up at nickelback and dime formations
