Live in st Charles parish, more house for the money, zero crime, great schools, 15 minutes to the city, minus traffic of course. Many back roads to take
Eta: live close to the river and flood insurance is 400 dollars a year

Shhhhhhhhhhh.......don't tell e'erybody about SCP! But I live off Highway 90 and only pay around $400/year....new house with the lot filled up to around 6' above base flood.
