You can't say hitting it 300 is easy and then say you don't do it because you aren't accurate with it. You either do or you don't. And I'd put money on your average straight drive not going 300 actual yards.

ETA: And just like that, I'm suckered into this same argument with someone that doesn't even hit driver saying it's easy. Well played internet.

Two separate questions. Its not like I shank my drives, but if I can almost guarantee a fairway shot with a 240 yard 3-iron, I'm taking that most of the time. Unless its a long hole that demands 3-wood which I hit about 260-270 or a driver which I hit about 300-310.

The longer I get, the less accurate I am. I really just mitigate risk.
