Stress fractures can be career ending for sure. Hopefully the screw removal solves the issue. If not he'll probably never be whole again and the team should get a hell of a lot more than money.

So this 3 million dollars can be used this year to sign a free agent?
Our training staff should of caught it in the physical prior to the trade being finalized... right?
