Beat me to it.
These eggrolls are the next best thing to homemade ones.
Another suggestion in lieu of eggrolls would be crab and corn egg drop soup(sup bap cua) or sugarcane shrimp(chao tom).
For dessert, if you want something simple, Vietnamese iced coffee with condense milk(Ca phe sua da) or adventurous Asian fruit cocktail(Che Thai).
