Look up a recipe For Vietnamese Spring Rolls. They vary a little, but are mostly the same in my book. I love these guys dipped in Nuoc Cham.

Looking at the posts above me, there are several good Vietnamese pancake dishes that I forgot.

Rice flour, Turmeric, coconut cream, Bird's eye chillies,Carrots bean sprouts, green onions, mint, shrimp or pork.
