I prefer the muffaletta at Nor-Joe Importing Co. to Central Grocery.
The best sandwich I've had recently in Baton Rouge is the BBLTA at Pimanyoli's. It's a brisket, bacon, lettuce, tomato and smoked apple slices on Texas toast.

My favorite Muffaletta is DiMartino's. The roast beef is solid too
