I've always thought that. She was pretty tight in that movie.
Nothing against Phoebe, but that was a well shot scene and I think a lot of gals including JLL might have done it justice.

JJL was pretty but you could count on one hand the women that were hotter than Phoebe in that movie.

It was a well-shot scene and I'm sure she benefitted from lense, lighting, & makeup, but here she is at 15 in a candid photo. She was just plain beautiful, Hollywood tricks or not.
