Yeah, I know, but it won't hurt to have a workup done to be sure there are no lurking surprises. My buddies didn't get a whole lot of warning.

I keep myself as fit as I can. I alternate walking and bike riding every other day and try to watch what I eat. Have lost about 40 lbs over the last 4-5 years and feel really good.
