I very much am in shape baw. I did the entire day with 65 lbs on my back and I weigh alot too. I dont care how good of shape you're in, after that terrain all day, it was tough getting out. I will bring more water next time though lol. It was a humbling experience, but certainly worth it. I sucked wind the last half of the day.

My wife and i are in really shape and no questions asked did the primitive trail. It was a burn but nothing too great. Ms. Seapickle had a harder time towards the end. My handheld GPS said 411 ft was our highest elevation and completed in something like 4.5 - 5 hours and it was 5 miles or so long. Also had my 45 lb lab mix with us
